There are three ways to receive a benefit consultation. You will receive the same service regardless of the type of consultation you choose.
Join a video consultation
Counselors are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except on state holidays. You can connect with a counselor for a video consultation through your web browser on any device. The call will automatically open and connect you. Be sure to enable your device's speaker, microphone and camera.
Visit PEBA in person
You can meet with a counselor in person at our 202 Arbor Lake Drive location. Visitors are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend you arrive by 4 p.m.
Schedule an appointment
We offer 45-minute appointments for phone and video consultations. You can book an appointment up to 14 days in advance. You will receive a confirmation email with more details about your appointment. To connect with a counselor now, join a video consultation.
