You can call us from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at 803.737.6800 or 888.260.9430. Calls are answered in the order in which they are received. Alternatively, you can complete an online form to ask questions about your benefits. You also have three options to receive a benefit consultation. You will receive the same service regardless of the type of consultation you choose.

If you participate in State ORP, you must contact your chosen service provider for assistance with your account. If you participate in Deferred Comp, you must contact Empower for assistance with your account(s).

Open enrollment is October 1-31, 2026. Visit our open enrollment webpage to explore your benefits so you are ready to select your insurance coverage for 2027. Instead of scheduling an appointment with PEBA to make your open enrollment changes, log in to MyBenefits to elect your coverage. Active employees who have questions about open enrollment should see their benefits administrator.
